During the past 10 years, VRS has been involved in producing architectural visualisation work which was mainly used for marketing purposes. I am pleased to note that a number of clients have reaped the results of the visualisation work we have carried out for them. However with the design and construction industry becoming more aware of its environmental obligations, new software is being put on the market which assist in the process of designing buildings which are economically and environmentally sustainable. Architects are creating more environmental friendly buildings and environments because sustainability is nowadays a key issue. VRS, is now introducing new services which integrate the whole process of visualisation and simulation. Therefore, thanks to this type of approach, architects and businesses can study their design from different aspects such as aesthetics, visual impact, wind behaviour of the building on the environment and the impact of the environment on the building, natural and forced ventilation, occupants comfort and pedestrian comfort. These are just some of the studies that can be performed. Our aim is to put these technologies to the best use in order to be versatile, innovative and consequently offer a high quality service to our clients.
