The ability to visualize the proposed development from different viewpoints, from any distance and any angle makes real time walkthroughs a unique experience in themselves; something that still images can’t convey - a true sense of being immersed within a scene. Whether communicating a scheme to local authorities, or assisting in an off-plan marketing package, there really is no better tool to employ.
Terrain draped aerial photography is the basis for real time walkthroughs, as it represents the landform in interactive computer imagery. Therefore, the landform in our walkthroughs will follow precisely the contouring of the site. Important buildings are surveyed by third party surveyors to obtain the correct heights. Other building heights are according to local plans.
A preset flight path can be run, such as following a highway or public footpath, or the camera can be moved interactively in any direction using the keyboard or a joystick controller.
