| Architectural visualisation is an art which involves understanding three-dimensional spaces and the attributes of a proposed architectural design. Fusing architectural plans with three-dimensional computer graphics, we are able to build dimensionally accurate, scaled models of all sizes. Combining CAD and animation software, we are able to produce photo-realistic visualisations of both interior spaces and exterior views. Rendering techniques such as shading, lighting, or depth cueing, together with landscaping and textures are used to make the image look ultra realistic.
VRS has been involved in a number of high-end visualisation projects, both locally and abroad. Some of the most prestigious projects we have been involved in locally are Renzo Piano's Valletta Master Plan, Richard England's proposed design for the new parliament at Valletta, St John's Co-Cathedral proposed extension and the proposed Conference Centre at Ta' Qali. On the other hand, we have produced visualisation work for the UK market, such as the Old People's Home at Sevenoaks and Tesco's proposed supermarkets at Plymouth and Hertford.
